The grit raptor rally race
We are Grit Marketing or “The Grit” and we are a door-to-door sales force that sells pest control all over the United States. Our reps recruit and train during the school year and sell during May, June, July and August in the most competitive door-to-door sales program in the country. This year we gave Gen 3 Ford Raptors to our Top Rookie Salesman, Top Second-Year Salesman and 4 others who individually brought in over $1M in Sold Revenue. We decided rather than just showing a cool car commercial-type video broadcasting the prizes that we would shake things up and do it a little bit differently.
